TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE INSTANTLY BY SETTING GUILTLESS BOUNDARIES
- Free yourself from shame and guilt
- Tame your inner critic
- Reveal your true value and purpose
Hello my lovey, I'm Mel!
I believe anyone can live a joyous life.
As an abused child, I normalized living in danger and chaos. This evolved into two wretched marriages that were every bit as chaotic as my childhood home. Finally, I realized that I was the common denominator of all my suffering. I felt worthless
and in order to feel worthy of love, I was giving all of my resources away.
With grit and grace, I worked to overcome my own subconscious, developing a system of how to reprogram myself from shame to living in joy with zero f’s given.
Now I coach individuals like you how to live in authenticity and experience a life of joy without guilt. You can heal your past, challenge your inner critic, so you
rock your badass self.

COACHING TESTIMONIALS
Ryan, 23
As a young adult, I didn’t feel as though I had much direction or purpose. I struggled in school, and in my personal life. Over the past few years, however, I have had the privilege of being in close contact with Melissa Trumble. Melissa is a capable, positive, and caring individual. She relates well to the hardship of others and is well equipped to provide both professional and personal wisdom and guidance. She has also been quick to motivate me when she has seen that I was stagnating and helped me to view life and others in a more positive light. Her influence has aided my confidence in life; I’ve made the transition to independence and am excelling in my studies.

I always look forward to my coaching with Melissa. She is a gifted listener and an invaluable source of advice. What I love the most about her is that she has this amazing ability to mirror my feelings and then articulate what is going on in my life based on what she has experienced. She always reassures me that everything will always turn out okay in life, I just need to change my attitude about it. Melissa has helped me become a more aware human being and become less critical of myself. Adulting is hard and there is no right or wrong answer as to how one goes about their life but having someone there to be there and say, “Onward and upward,” makes a big difference. Steve (53) I am a single dad with three children who are now adults. Melissa's wisdom has helped each of them on their path to adulthood. My oldest two are now fully launched and the youngest is well on their way. Highly recommend her coaching package and book.

I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know about how much Melissa has helped me as a life coach. I’m glad I decided to work with you. It’s really great how easy and welcoming you are and how well you provide tips and encouraging words. I never have any problem at all venting or feeling judged. My journey thus far has improved much better and progressively since working with you. It used to take me a long time to realize the food in letting things go when I scream things up . Now it’s taking your reminders and applying them in the given situation as if you are right here with me.
Testimonials for Big Book of Bad Ideas
Melissa delightfully promises to show us how to “sidestep the traps and pitfalls I fell into.” She writes, “I entered adulting in hella pain and anger.” But on every page of her memoir, Big Book of Bad Ideas, she made me laugh. She writes, “Strapped for cash—no parental support system—emotionally stunted and pretty much lacking empathy, I had all the pieces of the dysfunction puzzle.” You will enjoy watching her conquer family trauma (or trauma of any sort) with her irrepressible perceptions and reframe her perspectives.

ReaderAnxiety is a problem faced by many people allover the world. I like how the author keeps it real in discussing how to deal with Anxiety and challenges of adulting. At the end of the chapters the author provides call to action points which is a clear guide on what to do in dealing with these challenges. I also liked the part where the author discusses self awareness, the book prompted me to engage in a reflection about what I want to bring to the world.
